Common questions
I bought something but don’t have it
Open Settings (the gear on the home screen). Tap Shop, then Restore purchases.
Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Will I lose my progress?
Your progress is saved on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes it.
Moving to a new iPhone? Restore it from an iCloud or computer backup, and your progress comes along.
Where can I see the blind box odds?
Open the Album and tap Drop odds. You can also find them in Settings.
How do I turn off sounds or vibration?
Open Settings (the gear on the home screen). Switch off Sounds or Haptics.
The dumplings are hard to tell apart
Open Settings and turn on Shape marks. Every dumpling gets a small symbol.
How do I stop notifications?
Open iOS Settings, tap Dumpling Pals, then Notifications.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app to remove your progress. To remove data held by our providers, email us. See the Privacy Policy.
